Garrotxa Garrotxa has a mildly nutty flavor with lingering aftertones of dirty straw and clarified butter. You might also detect hints of rosemary and moist grass, and when you cut through the mottled, gray rind, you'll discover a paste of scrimshaw-colored goodness. Grarrotxa is a fairly new cheese on the block. It's made in the beautiful region of Catalonia, Spain, which is in Europe. But there isn't much else to say about Garrotxa since most of the relevant information is held under lock and key, carefully guarded by large men with well-groomed mustaches. Oh no, what is that? Someone's knocking on my door, and it looks like .... oh my god ....it is ... a team of cheese assassins hired to silence me before I say too much. Got to go. Just eat this stuff. You'll love it. It's better than Fruit Loops .....
